About the Role
We are partnering with a fast-growing specialist property finance provider to hire a Business Development Manager with strong Bridging and Development Finance experience. You will be responsible for developing strategic relationships, originating new clients, and generating high-quality loan flows across both bridging and development finance products. The role offers autonomy, uncapped earnings and a clear progression path from junior to senior levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities in Bridging and Development Finance.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of introducers, brokers, and strategic partners.
