About the Role

We are partnering with a fast-growing specialist property finance provider to hire a Business Development Manager with strong Bridging and Development Finance experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic finance team and play a key role in driving new business and market presence across the UK property sector.

You will be responsible for developing strategic relationships, originating new clients, and generating high-quality loan flows across both bridging and development finance products. The role offers autonomy, uncapped earnings and a clear progression path from junior to senior levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities in Bridging and Development Finance.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of introducers, brokers, and strategic partners.
