About the Buy to Let – Mortgage Case Manager Role

Due to continued growth, the business is now looking to add a specialist Mortgage Case Manager to their expert support team. You’ll work alongside a team of top-tier brokers, helping clients across a wide range of Buy to Let cases.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure each mortgage case is accurately packaged, progressed, and completed in a timely and compliant manner. You’ll be the cornerstone of the process – the person who keeps things moving, manages expectations, and ensures every client receives a best-in-class experience.

Buy to Let – Mortgage Case Manager Key Responsibilities

• Managing a pipeline of complex Buy to Let mortgage cases from submission to completion
• Liaising with lenders, underwriters, solicitors, valuers, and estate agents
• Communicating clearly with clients to request documentation and provide updates
• Proactively resolving issues and escalating where appropriate
• Supporting brokers to help them exceed client expectations
• Maintaining professional, timely, and courteous communication throughout

The Buy to Let – Mortgage Case Manager Package

• Basic salary up to £34,000
• Bonus on completions & Referrals
• Remote working
• Early Friday finish

Buy to Let – Mortgage Case Manager Skills & Experience Required

• Experience in mortgage administration or case management
• Strong knowledge of Buy to Let lending , including portfolio and complex cases
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
• Strong communicator with a friendly, professional approach
• Confident liaising with clients and lenders alike
• Able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working remotely
