Work Structure

  • Experienced Commercial Mortgage Administrator: If you have experience in commercial, bridging and development finance Administration or Case Management you will have the option to work up to 4 days from home, if desired.
  • Complex Residential Mortgage Administrator: If you have complex Residential Mortgage Administration or Case Management experience, you will have training and support in office until you’re confident, then moving to a hybrid work structure, if desired.

  • Location: Essex – office-based, Monday to Friday

The Role – Mortgage Case Manager

You’ll coordinate with all parties, solve problems before they escalate, and help ensure every deal delivers a first-class experience for the client. Expect variety, autonomy, and the satisfaction of knowing you’re playing a vital role in the success of every transaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage live deals across commercial mortgages, bridging loans, and development finance
  • Liaise with brokers, solicitors, lenders and valuers to drive each deal forward
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant
  • Draft and review key documentation including Heads of Terms and completion packs
  • Support the origination team by removing operational roadblocks and delays
  • Embrace new tools and processes—including AI-driven systems—to streamline your workload
