About the Mortgage Case Manager RoleAs the Mortgage Case Manager, you will be the engine behind the operation—supporting the Director with Commercial and Residential mortgage cases from enquiry through to completion. You’ll be trusted to manage high-quality applications with care and precision, helping clients navigate complex income structures and challenging scenarios with confidence. What You’ll Be Doing- Supporting the Director with a diverse portfolio of Commercial and Residential mortgage cases
- Liaising with brokers, solicitors, lenders, and clients to keep every case moving smoothly
- Managing complex income structures and understanding the nuances of specialist lending
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring full compliance across every deal
- Providing a seamless, stress-free experience for clients
