About the Property Finance Broker Role
As a Property Finance Broker , you\’ll be responsible for sourcing, structuring and closing property finance deals – with the support of a highly experienced back office and access to a wide panel of specialist lenders. This is a full 360° broking role with a strong emphasis on building long-term client relationships.
Experience working with property developers or investors active in community-focused London markets — such as the Greek, Cypriot, or Jewish sectors — would be advantageous.
Property Finance Broker Key Responsibilities
- Source, structure, and manage property finance deals from initial enquiry to completion
- Build strong relationships with HNW individuals, property developers, and intermediaries
- Provide expert advice on bridging, development, and commercial mortgage solutions
- Manage your own pipeline and ensure timely deal progression with lenders and solicitors
- Maintain detailed records and ensure full compliance with internal and FCA standards
- Attend relevant networking events and keep an active presence in the property market
