About the Mortgage and Protection Broker role: We are recruiting a Mortgage and Protection Broker to spearhead advisory services in the company’s newly launched Inverurie branch. You’ll be embedded within the estate agency team, working directly from the high-street office while servicing a consistent flow of pre-qualified, in-house leads. With a 50% lead-to-conversion rate, this is a role built for success. Your focus will be to provide expert whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice, helping clients secure tailored, suitable financial solutions as they navigate the home-buying process.
Mortgage and Protection Broker Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional mortgage and protection advice that aligns with each client’s goals and circumstances
- Source and recommend products across the full market spectrum
- Work with leads generated by the estate agency branch and introducer network
- Manage the full advisory lifecycle — from fact-finding and recommendations to application and completion
- Ensure full compliance with current mortgage and protection regulations
- Keep communication clear and consistent between clients, lenders, and internal teams
Mortgage and Protection Broker Package:
- Basic Salary: £32,000 – £44,000 (dependent on current annual banking)
