The Role
You’ll join as an employed Mortgage Advisor, taking ownership of allocated client cases from initial consultation through to completion and beyond. The role focuses on advising existing and inbound clients, supported by paraplanners and case managers who ensure a smooth end‑to‑end journey. This position suits an Advisor who enjoys providing holistic, compliant advice and building long‑term relationships without the expectation to self‑generate leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide regulated mortgage advice to new and existing clients.
- Manage the full client journey from fact‑find to completion.
- Convert pre‑qualified and inbound client leads.
- Maintain long‑term relationships through proactive client reviews.
- Work closely with paraplanners and case managers to ensure efficiency.
- Adhere to FCA compliance standards and internal processes.
- Contribute to continuous service and process improvements.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor.
- Confident advising on a range of residential mortgage scenarios.
- Strong client‑focused approach with excellent communication skills.

- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) – essential.
