The Role: Mortgage Administrator

As a Mortgage Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of the mortgage process, ensuring every application runs seamlessly from initial submission through to completion. Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the entire mortgage application journey, maintaining momentum from start to finish.
  • Liaising with brokers, clients, and lenders to gather documents and keep everyone updated.
  • Keeping meticulous records and demonstrating an exceptional eye for detail.
  • Assisting with building and contents insurance sales—no prior experience needed, training provided.
  • Handling client queries with professionalism and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Providing crucial administrative support to the team, always ensuring compliance with regulations.
