About the Specialist Mortgage Case Manager Role
As a Specialist Mortgage Case Manager, you’ll act as the backbone of the process—placing deals with lenders and owning the journey through to completion.
Expect interesting cases, large case sizes (£2–£3 million average) and complex structures. You’ll be empowered to think for yourself, solve problems fast, and ensure client outcomes are top tier.
Responsibilities
- Place mortgage and finance cases with suitable lenders
- Manage all stages of the deal from placement through to completion
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to keep the process moving
- Proactively chase outstanding documentation and keep cases progressing
- Ensure all compliance and documentation requirements are met
- Act as the point of contact for all post-submission queries
- Provide exceptional service to clients and brokers
- Hybrid working with flexible hours
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Full training and ongoing support
- Case management experience in commercial mortgages, portfolio BTL, bridging or development finance
- Confident working on complex and high-value deals
- Experience managing cases from submission to completion
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
