As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting Mortgage and Finance Advisers by managing cases from submission through to completion:

  • Manage end-to-end mortgage and specialist finance cases from submission to completion.
  • Package mortgage applications accurately and efficiently for submission.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate case notes across CRM and case management systems.
  • Handle AML and KYC checks as required.

Career development within a growing brokerage:

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in mortgage administration or case management.
