About the Role

You’ll manage clients from initial enquiry through to completion, identifying the most suitable funding solutions for their business.

This is a consultative, telephone-based sales role where you’ll build relationships, understand funding requirements and deliver exceptional service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a busy pipeline of commercial finance enquiries.
  • Arrange Business Loans, Asset Finance, Invoice Finance, Merchant Cash Advances, Commercial Mortgages, Development Finance, Bridging Finance, Trade Finance, VAT Finance and Working Capital facilities.
  • Source funding through a wide panel of lenders.
  • Build lasting relationships with business owners.
  • Manage applications through to completion.
  • Deliver excellent customer outcomes in line with FCA principles.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently achieve sales targets.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years' commercial finance experience.
  • Strong knowledge of multiple business finance products.
  • Previous brokerage, lender or banking experience.
  • Proven sales success in a telephone-based environment.
  • Experience managing high-volume pipelines and complex cases.
  • Strong understanding of FCA principles and Treating Customers Fairly.
  • Full UK driving licence.
