Our client is a mortgage and specialist finance brokerage supporting customers across residential, buy-to-let and complex lending markets. Combining strong industry expertise with modern systems and a customer-first approach, they are known for delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.

As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting Mortgage and Finance Advisers by managing cases from submission through to completion:

  • Manage end-to-end mortgage and specialist finance cases from submission to completion.
  • Package mortgage applications accurately and efficiently for submission.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate case notes across CRM and case management systems.
  • Handle AML and KYC checks as required.

Career development within a growing brokerage:

  • Training on industry-leading systems and platforms.
  • Clear progression pathways into Broker or Mortgage Adviser roles.

3–5 years’ experience in mortgage administration or case management.

  • Strong understanding of mortgage and specialist finance processes.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Mortgage Brain, Smartr365, 27Tec, iPipeline or HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of AML, KYC and FCA Consumer Duty requirements.

You’ll be at the centre of the mortgage process, ensuring cases move efficiently while gaining exposure to complex lending and specialist finance.
