Known for speed, service and a pragmatic approach to lending, the business is entering an exciting period of growth and is looking to appoint an experienced Loan Manager.
About the Role
As Loan Manager, you will oversee loans from approval through to completion, redemption and ongoing portfolio management. Acting as the key point of contact for brokers, borrowers, solicitors and valuers, you will ensure transactions progress efficiently while delivering a first-class customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Manage loans from approval through to completion and redemption
- Liaise with brokers, borrowers, solicitors and valuers
- Obtain and manage valuation and legal instructions
- Monitor conditions and progress transactions to completion
- Manage post-completion requirements, extensions and redemptions
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with procedures
- Deliver regular updates to stakeholders throughout the loan lifecycle
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
