About the Company

Our client is a dynamic, fast‑scaling specialist lender operating within the alternative property finance market. With a strong reputation for service, speed and execution, they work across bridging, development and commercial lending. The business is expanding quickly, backed by experienced leadership and ambitious growth plans. This is a rare chance to join at a formative stage and become part of a high‑performing, collaborative team on an exciting upward trajectory.

About the Role

This Sales Support position sits between Sales and Underwriting and offers broad exposure across the full lending journey. Unlike a classic Business Development role, this position is centred on analytical support, case progression and coordination. You will work closely with the BDM team, managing new enquiries, digesting key deal information and helping cases move smoothly through credit. The role is semi‑customer‑facing and ideal for someone with strong administrative or case management experience who is ready to take the next step into a more strategic, developmental position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process incoming enquiries from the Sales team.
  • Liaise with brokers, borrowers and internal teams to progress cases through the credit process.
  • Prepare initial assessments and summaries for the underwriting team.
  • Coordinate documentation, conduct preliminary checks and ensure all case files are complete and compliant.
  • Support both Sales and Credit to maintain an efficient, high‑quality customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records, update systems and keep stakeholders informed throughout each case lifecycle.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements across workflow, customer communication and operational processes.

Skills & Experience

  • Around 1 year of experience in administration, case management or support within a lender.
  • Experience from alternative finance (commercial, bridging, development) is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple live cases simultaneously.
  • Confident communicator with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret information and summarise key points clearly.
  • Eager to learn, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership and contribute to a growing team.
  • Strong analytical approach and willingness to develop technical knowledge.

Package

Liverpool office – hybrid working, 2–3 days per week onsite.

Why Apply?

This is an excellent chance to join a lender at a pivotal growth stage, where early team members quickly gain responsibility and long‑term progression routes are wide open. This role is perfect for someone who wants more variety, more development and more opportunity than a traditional admin or case management job can offer, while making a visible impact on both the customer journey and the wider business.
