About the Role
As a Loan Manager, you will sit at the heart of the lending operation, underwriting deals, managing broker relationships, and ensuring each case moves efficiently from initial enquiry to completion. Key Responsibilities
- Underwrite bridging, development and specialist property finance applications
- Work closely with brokers and intermediaries, maintaining excellent relationships and providing timely updates.

- Manage cases end‑to‑end, identifying issues early and driving swift, accurate completions.
- Prepare clear credit papers for internal approval.
- Collaborate with the Credit, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.

Skills & Experience
- Background in underwriting, or a combined underwriting/sales role
- Bridging and Development knowledge and experience
- Strong understanding of secured lending, property‑backed risk, and loan structuring.

- Detail‑driven with the ability to balance speed with accuracy.
