Unlike many conveyancing environments, the business focuses on maintaining sensible caseloads, leveraging technology to streamline administration and creating an environment where conveyancers can focus on clients rather than excessive targets.
You will manage your own caseload of buy-to-let and residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, working closely with landlords, investors, lenders and introducers.
- Managing a conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
- Progressing transactions efficiently while maintaining compliance standards.
- Building strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
- Contributing to a collaborative team environment focused on service excellence.
Salary £40,000 - £65,000 depending on experience. Hybrid and flexible working options. Lower caseloads than many conveyancing firms. No individual billing targets. Strong administrative and technological support. Career progression within a growing specialist practice.
Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload. Buy-to-let conveyancing experience highly desirable. Ability to manage files efficiently and deliver excellent service.
