About the Protection Advisor Opportunity: Our client has established a streamlined system that enables Protection Advisers to focus on what they do best—providing expert protection advice to clients—while working alongside a supportive team. You’ll be working with two Mortgage Advisers, offering protection solutions to clients who are already primed for your services. The Protection Advisor Role: As a Protection Advisor, you will focus on securing protection policies for clients referred by the Mortgage Advisers and managing out-of-clawback protection leads. This role allows you to work from home, with a monthly visit to Shrewsbury for team collaboration. Protection Advisor Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored protection advice to clients in need of life, critical illness, and income protection products. Work closely with two Mortgage Advisers to offer protection solutions to their clients. Manage out-of-clawback protection leads, ensuring policies are maintained and adjusted as necessary. Keep up to date with the latest protection products and regulations to provide accurate and informed advice. Maintain exceptional communication and service standards, ensuring clients understand the protection products available to them. The Protection Advisor Package: Salary: up to £30k Commission: 15% uncapped & Annual Bonus! Location: Work from home with a monthly visit to Shrewsbury for team collaboration.
