About the Role
As a Mortgage Administrator, you’ll play a key role in managing the full post-application process, from submission through to completion. You’ll liaise with brokers, lenders, and solicitors to ensure every case is handled with accuracy, speed, and care. Key Responsibilities
- Support Mortgage Brokers by managing mortgage applications from submission to completion.
- Liaise with clients, lenders, and solicitors to obtain updates and documentation.
- Prepare and check documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain internal systems and CRM databases with up-to-date case notes.
- Monitor case progress proactively, identifying and resolving any issues quickly.
- Deliver excellent customer service and uphold compliance standards at all times.
Package & Benefits
- Salary: £30,000 per annum
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am–5:30pm
