Unlike many brokerages where mortgage advisors “bolt on” protection sales, this firm has a dedicated in-house protection team, focused entirely on delivering tailored, review-based protection advice for every client.

As a Protection Advisor, you’ll take ownership of a consistent flow of warm leads referred directly from the in-house mortgage team. Your role is to conduct full financial reviews, identify genuine needs, and craft protection solutions that provide long-term security for clients and their families.

You’ll join an experienced, close-knit team that’s known for its supportive, collaborative culture, where personality, professionalism, and passion are all valued as highly as performance.

  • Conduct comprehensive financial reviews with warm, pre-qualified clients referred by mortgage advisors
  • Recommend and arrange life, critical illness, and income protection policies tailored to individual needs
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction

15% net commission on all written business – with no threshold or validation ~ 22 days annual leave + bank holidays & Office closed over Christmas ~ Regular company events ~ Genuine progression opportunities – including future self-employed options for top performers (current advisors earning £9,000/month)

Proven experience as a Protection Advisor or similar, ideally within a mortgage brokerage environment

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
