About the Role

As a Recruitment Associate, you’ll be right at the heart of the business. You’ll support experienced Consultants, learn the recruitment lifecycle and build the foundations to progress into a full Recruitment Consultant role. You’ll be speaking to candidates, building relationships, attending industry events and becoming part of a busy, energetic recruitment team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting Consultants with sourcing, screening and candidate engagement
  • Speaking with candidates and booking interviews
  • Managing CRM systems and applications
  • Coordinating interview processes and feedback
  • Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
  • Industry & networking events across the UK
  • Supportive office culture with hands-on training and mentoring
  • Hybrid working after probation

Package and Benefits

  • £25,000 to £30,000 basic salary depending on experience
