A high-growth specialist lender is expanding and looking to appoint a Loan Manager to play a central role in driving deal flow and execution. This is a hands-on position combining underwriting, deal structuring, and broker relationship management within an ambitious, entrepreneurial environment.
The Opportunity
You’ll join a business with a strong reputation for speed, service and commercial decision-making, underpinned by an experienced leadership team and a rapidly scaling loan book. Working directly with the Head of Credit, you’ll benefit from:

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll manage transactions end-to-end, ensuring deals progress efficiently and commercially.
- Underwriting bridging and development finance applications
- Structuring deals in line with credit policy and commercial judgement
- Managing cases from initial enquiry through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong broker and intermediary relationships
- Providing timely updates and resolving issues early
- Preparing clear, concise credit papers for approval
- Working closely with Credit, Sales and Operations to deliver a smooth process
- Contributing to process improvements as the business scales

Experience & knowledge:
- Background in bridging and/or development finance

- Detail-focused while working at pace
