The Commercial Mortgage Broker Role

  • Advise property investors and developers across commercial, semi-commercial, development, and portfolio BTL funding.
  • Manage a steady pipeline of warm, qualified leads, alongside any self-generated business you choose to introduce, supported by strong systems and an experienced property-focused team.
  • The role is available on either an employed or self-employed basis, offering flexibility to suit your experience and income ambitions.
  • Advising clients on commercial mortgages, development finance, and portfolio BTL solutions.
  • Managing and converting a consistent flow of inbound and excess leads.
  • Structuring and placing complex property finance cases with appropriate lenders.
  • Building long-term relationships with property investors and developers.
  • Generating and maximising self-sourced business where desired.
