The Company

A well-capitalised, fast-growing UK specialist lender that is actively increasing market share in bridging, refurbishment and residential-led development finance, with their loan book split evenly across regulated and non-regulated business, with a clear focus on residential exit strategies. Decision-making is pragmatic, credit-led not sales-led, and BDMs are trusted to operate autonomously in their regions. The business is investing heavily in growth, infrastructure and people, creating genuine long-term opportunity for ambitious BDMs.

  • Pension, private healthcare and additional benefits

Why Apply?

This is an opportunity to represent a lender with clarity of vision, confidence in its offering and a genuine commitment to growth. You will be trusted, empowered and well-supported, working with competitive products, clear credit processes and a business that values long-term relationships as much as commercial outcomes.
