Commercial Mortgage Broker – Excess Leads | £35k Basic + Uncapped Commission | Employed or Self-Employed

Specialising in commercial mortgages, development finance, and complex portfolio BTL lending, the business has built a strong reputation for structuring and completing high-value deals. With strong inbound demand and proven monthly volumes, they are now expanding their commercial broking team.
The Commercial Mortgage Broker Role
You will advise property investors and developers across commercial, semi-commercial, development, and portfolio BTL funding. You’ll manage a steady pipeline of warm, qualified leads, alongside any self-generated business you choose to introduce, supported by strong systems and an experienced property-focused team.
The role is available on either an employed or self-employed basis, offering flexibility to suit your experience and income ambitions.
- Advising clients on commercial mortgages, development finance, and portfolio BTL solutions
- Managing and converting a consistent flow of inbound and excess leads
- Structuring and placing complex property finance cases with appropriate lenders
- Building long-term relationships with property investors and developers
- Generating and maximising self-sourced business where desired
Commercial Mortgage Broker Package & Earnings
- £35,000 basic salary (employed option)
- 20% bonus with no validation
- 35% commission on self-generated business (employed)
- Self-employed option available with competitive splits
- Lead mix (self-employed): approx. 40% leads / 60% self-generated
Commercial Mortgage Broker Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Commercial Mortgage Broker or Specialist Property Finance Broker
