This role offers the opportunity to step into a steady flow of high-quality, pre-qualified leads generated by five experienced mortgage advisers. You’ll focus on advising clients, converting warm leads, and building your own pipeline within a supportive and commercially driven environment. As the business continues to expand, there will be clear opportunities to progress and develop your career within the protection function.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise clients on life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection
- Convert a high volume of warm, pre-booked mortgage leads
- Maximise protection opportunities across an active client pipeline
- Build strong relationships with mortgage advisers and internal teams
- Consistently deliver against revenue and conversion targets
- Base Salary: £40,000 DOE
- Commission: 15% after validation
- On-Target Earnings: Six figures
- Progression: Clear pathway to develop your role and grow within the business
- Minimum 1 year’ experience as a Protection Adviser or Protection Broker
- Strong communication and consultative sales skills
