About the Role

As a Solicitor within the Real Estate Finance team, you will work across a varied caseload covering lender and borrower transactions. With deal volumes expected to increase significantly over the coming months, you will have immediate access to high-quality work and the opportunity to play a key role in the team’s expansion. Opportunities are available at multiple levels, from Associate through to Partner, with scope to shape your role and progression based on your experience and ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of real estate finance transactions from instruction to completion
  • Act for lenders and borrowers on a range of secured lending matters
  • Advise on commercial property acquisitions, refinances and development funding
  • Draft and negotiate facility agreements, security documents and ancillary documentation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders and introducers
  • Contribute to the growth of the real estate finance offering, including business development where applicable
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards
