Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Telephone Business Development Manager to develop and grow relationships with mortgage brokers and introducers nationwide.
About the Role
As a Telephone Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with brokers, identifying lending opportunities and becoming a trusted point of contact for specialist property finance solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Mortgage Broker, Bridging Advisor, Property Finance Advisor or Internal BDM looking to move into a dedicated business development role with clear progression and earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing broker partners.
- Generate and qualify new lending opportunities.
- Promote bridging finance and specialist property finance solutions.
- Increase broker engagement and account activity.
- Identify and maximise opportunities within existing accounts.
- Deliver a consultative, relationship-led sales approach.
- Work closely with underwriting and sales teams to maximise conversions.
- Maintain CRM records and achieve business development targets.
