About the Role
As a Buy to Let Mortgage Advisor, you will join a highly skilled team that supports landlords and property investors with complex and high-value mortgage requirements. You will receive qualified, warm leads from a strong introducer network and established client base. Your focus will be purely on providing expert advice, structuring the right finance, and converting deals with full case management support from application through to completion. Key Responsibilities
- Advise landlords, portfolio investors and property professionals on Buy to Let and specialist mortgage products
- Work on complex lending scenarios and structure tailored finance solutions
- Build long-term, consultative relationships with investors across the UK
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of specialist lenders, criteria and market trends
- Convert high-quality inbound enquiries into completed business

Package & Earning Potential
- Basic salary up to £35,000 - Realistic earnings £80,000-£100,000+ OTE (uncapped)
- 20% commission on banked business (post-validation)

Skills & Experience Required
