The Business Development Manager – Bridging & Development Finance Role
As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you\’ll be responsible for originating and managing high‐value lending opportunities through your broker and introducer relationships. This is a front‐line, field‐based role where your ability to generate, nurture, and convert opportunities will directly drive your success.
Key Responsibilities
Originate bridging, refurbishment, and development loan opportunities
Manage your personal pipeline from enquiry through to completion
Build, maintain, and grow relationships with brokers, introducers, and developers
Actively identify and pursue new business through networking, referrals, and outreach
Represent the lender at broker meetings, networking events, trade shows, and conferences
Work closely with internal teams to structure deals and ensure smooth progression
Provide market insights and feedback to support product development and strategy

Commission: 0.25% of each completion uncapped
OTE: Realistic six‐figure earnings once established
Support: Direct access to decision‐makers, dedicated underwriting and case management

Skills & Experience
Proven track record in originating bridging and/or development finance deals
