About the Business Development Manager Role
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll become the face of the lender in your region, originating bridging and development finance deals, growing a pipeline of quality opportunities, and deepening broker and developer relationships through a mix of face-to-face meetings, events and virtual engagement. Backed by experienced leaders and a collaborative team, you’ll have the freedom to build your territory while receiving the support and training to accelerate your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate bridging and development finance deals by engaging with brokers, introducers, and developers
- Drive regional presence through meetings, networking events, and trade shows
- Educate the market on the lender’s unique products and lending capabilities
- Structure and qualify deals, ensuring applications are packaged for smooth processing
- Build a reputation as a trusted and proactive lending partner in your territory
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to progress deals efficiently
- £45,000 – £55,000 basic salary (up to £60,000 for top performers)
- Uncapped commission structure
- 25 Days holiday + Day off for your birthday
