About the Role
Working closely with the Head of Intermediary Sales and the wider team, you will help drive real estate finance origination through brokers, solicitors and property developers. This role combines sales support, proactive outreach, relationship development and structured pipeline management. As your capability grows, you will progress towards originating and completing your own transactions, giving you a clear path for career advancement within real estate finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Review existing introducers to uncover deeper engagement and growth opportunities.
- Identify and target new introducers across London and key UK regions.
- Convert outreach activity into qualified discussions and meetings for the sales team.
- Attend introducer meetings and calls, gaining exposure to live deals and prospects.
- Develop the confidence and capability to present the lending proposition effectively.
- Begin to build and nurture your own introducer relationships.
- Track competitor activity and market trends to support ongoing proposition development.
- Maintain accurate introducer and pipeline information within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with underwriting and operations teams to secure smooth deal progression.

- Proven or high-potential business developer, ideally within financial services.
- Commercially minded, target-driven and motivated by performance.
- Personable and emotionally intelligent, with strong relationship-building skills.
