As a Mortgage Paraplanner, you will play a pivotal role within a high-performing Mortgage Services team, working directly alongside an award-winning broker on complex, high-value cases. This is an active, end-to-end case management position where you will take ownership of mortgage applications from submission through to completion.
From residential and buy-to-let through to bridging and development finance, you will gain exposure to specialist lending scenarios that will significantly enhance your technical knowledge and long-term career prospects.
- Manage mortgage applications from submission through to completion alongside your dedicated broker
- Package and submit applications, reviewing supporting documentation against lender criteria
- Maintain accurate and compliant CRM records and documentation
- Support complex cases including bridging finance and development finance

Proven mortgage case handling or mortgage paraplanning experience is required, along with a strong knowledge of residential mortgages and experience submitting mortgage applications and packaging cases.
