This is an opportunity to join the lender’s growing sales function and play a key role in building relationships with brokers and introducers across the market. Depending on your experience, you will either work as a field-based BDM developing relationships face-to-face, or as a Telephone BDM supporting brokers, generating opportunities and managing deals from enquiry through to completion. You’ll work closely with underwriting and operations teams to deliver a smooth broker experience, helping position the lender as a trusted partner in the bridging finance space. For ambitious individuals, there is clear scope to grow within the business as the sales team expands.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage relationships with brokers and introducers within the specialist property finance market
- Generate bridging and short-term property finance opportunities through your network and market engagement
- Represent the lender professionally in the market, building brand awareness and trust
- Provide feedback from the market to support product development and lending strategy
Competitive salary depending on experience ~ 24 days holiday + bank holidays ~ Flexible working depending on role (field-based or telephone-based positions available)
Experience within property finance, specialist lending, mortgages, or financial services sales. Bridging finance experience is advantageous but not essential for more junior candidates. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. A proactive, driven attitude with a genuine interest in the property finance market.
