About the RoleAs a Mortgage & Protection Adviser, you will provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to a steady stream of introduced and referred clients. You will manage your own pipeline from initial enquiry through to completion, supported by administrative staff. Leads will be provided along with a strong brand reputation; your focus will be on delivering excellent client outcomes while maximising your earning potential.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients
- Manage your own pipeline from enquiry through to completion
- Assess clients’ financial circumstances and recommend suitable mortgage products
- Advise on protection products including life insurance and income protection
- Build strong relationships with professional clients including solicitors and accountants
- Ensure all advice meets regulatory and compliance requirements
- Work closely with administrative support to ensure smooth case progression
- Basic Salary up to £35,000
- Uncapped Commission up to 30%
- Discretionary annual bonus of up to 10% of basic salary

- Experience working as a Mortgage Adviser or Mortgage & Protection Adviser
- Confident advising on both mortgage and protection products

- Strong relationship building and communication skills
