About the RoleWe\’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee social housing refurbishment projects across Hull and East Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking contractor delivering meaningful regeneration work that improves communities and residents\’ lives.
Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day site operations on refurbishment projects
Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality standards
Act as the main point of contact for clients, residents, and stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement and foster a positive site culture
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction, ideally within social housing or refurbishment
Strong leadership and communication skills
