The Role
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple software development projects.
- Manage and support Change Analysts, ensuring requirements are gathered, refined and progressed.
- Take greenfield ideas from “blank sheet of paper” through to fully delivered applications.
- Build delivery roadmaps and oversee prioritisation across teams.
- Work closely with developers, stakeholders and business users to maintain clarity and momentum.
- Contribute to the ongoing formalisation of delivery processes as the organisation scales.

What You’ll Bring
