We are working with a well-regarded law firm based in Tyneside, who are looking to recruit a Private Client Paralegal on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in private client work and a desire to build a long-term legal career within a supportive and professional environment.

Role Overview

As a Private Client Paralegal, you will provide key support to the Private Client team, assisting with a varied caseload that may include:

  • Wills and probate

  • Lasting Powers of Attorney

  • Trusts and estate administration

  • Court of Protection matters

  • Client correspondence and document preparation

  • Legal research and file management

  • Liaising with clients, third parties, and external professionals

What We are Looking For

  • Previous experience in a legal support or paralegal role, ideally within Private Client

  • A law degree and/or completion of the LPC or equivalent qualification is desirable

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach

  • A team player with a proactive and professional attitude
