We’re supporting a regulated business looking to appoint a Risk & Compliance Officer to join its Risk & Compliance team. This is a varied role supporting the business with risk management, compliance monitoring, quality assurance and governance activity. You’ll help identify, assess and monitor business risks, support audits and reviews, maintain policies and SOPs, and contribute to a strong culture of compliance across the organisation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting risk assessments, controls and mitigation plans
- Assisting with compliance monitoring, audits and policy adherence checks
- Helping maintain governance documents, policies and SOPs
- Supporting internal quality reviews and continuous improvement activity
- Communicating compliance requirements clearly across the business
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in a regulated environment
- Experience in risk, compliance, quality assurance or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Confident communicator, able to work with non-specialist colleagues
- High levels of integrity, accountability and professionalism
Package includes:
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing with service
- 35-hour week, Monday to Friday
- Optional hybrid working after probation/training
