We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrator. This is an entry‐level role, perfect for someone looking to gain experience in a legal environment and develop their career.

What you will be doing:

  • Opening and closing client files.
  • Managing client meeting diaries and appointments.
  • Scanning and uploading documents, including signed wills.
  • Registering wills with the National Will Register.
  • Inputting data into legal systems.
  • Preparing documents for fee earner meetings, including printing and binding.
  • Running basic compliance checks, such as AML.
  • Ordering reports, valuations, and Land Registry documents.
  • Ensuring all documents are ready in advance of client meetings.

What we are looking for:
