Are you an experienced Financial Services professional who thrives at the intersection of Operations, Technology and Risk? We’re looking for a confident, engaging senior manager to help shape the future of our clients Savings function.
You’ll lead and coordinate a wide portfolio of governance activity across Operations, IT, Change and external partners - ensuring strong customer outcomes, robust control environments, and clear decision‑making at senior levels.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning and driving governance across Savings, Operations, Technology and outsourced providers
- Chairing and facilitating IT Governance and Infrastructure Risk forums
- Tracking regulatory, audit and operational performance, ensuring actions are delivered
- Working cross‑functionally to identify customer, process and risk improvements
- Managing supplier oversight and contract governance
- Supporting strategic programmes and horizon‑scanning upcoming regulatory change
What you’ll bring
- Strong background across Ops, Risk, Governance or Service Delivery within Financial Services
- High‑level technical understanding (IT, infrastructure, operational resilience)
