We are looking for a versatile, mid‑level Project Manager to join our client's PMO team on a 6‑month inside IR35 contract. The primary focus is on delivering IT infrastructure and security‑focused projects, with occasional involvement in SAP ERP initiatives as needed.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who brings structure, confidence and delivery discipline. You will manage projects end‑to‑end, guiding teams through a structured lifecycle without needing to be embedded in the technical detail.
The Opportunity
You will manage 3 to 5 concurrent projects, from requirements through to delivery, including collaboration on testing, defect remediation and cutover planning. The projects will focus on infrastructure and security, including network upgrades, platform rollouts, identity and access management and regulatory compliance. You may also be asked to support SAP‑related initiatives on occasion.
You will work across global teams and time zones in a highly regulated and validated environment. This role is ideal for someone who understands the language and context of IT and security projects but is focused on delivery structure, not technical execution.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience managing IT infrastructure and/or security projects within regulated global environments
- Familiarity with global delivery and cultural nuances across regions and time zones
- Strong delivery skills across the full project lifecycle, from requirements to testing and implementation
- Confidence in coaching teams through structured delivery frameworks
- Proven ability to manage RAID logs, plans and dependencies
- Gravitas to lead without formal authority and work effectively in matrix environments
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple concurrent projects in infrastructure, security and occasional ERP domains
- Collaborate with SMEs, business leads and technical teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Own and maintain core delivery documentation including RAID logs, project plans, timelines and resource tracking
- Identify and manage risks, drive resolution of blockers and maintain delivery momentum
- Ensure consistent communication with stakeholders, providing accurate reporting and updates
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to SAP ERP project environments (even in a supporting capacity)
- Experience in validated or regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare or finance
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as GxP or ISO frameworks
This is a great opportunity for a mid‑level Project Manager looking to make an impact by delivering critical IT and security projects in a structured, professional environment. You will be supported by a capable PMO team and your ability to bring clarity and discipline to delivery will be valued from day one.
