If you are looking to join a supportive, friendly environment where your work directly helps secure the best possible outcomes for vulnerable clients, this is the place for you.

You will be joining a specialised internal team dedicated to coordinating medical evidence and services for claimant personal injury cases. • Book interpreters, arrange document translations, and manage appointments for clients requiring language support.
  • Generate and process invoices linked to expert reports, enter invoice data accurately onto SAGE, and support payment checks.
  • Act as a key point of contact, keeping Personal Injury Case Handlers promptly updated and answering internal and external telephone queries with the utmost professionalism.
  • Scan, upload, and accurately record incoming post and electronic documents.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong administrative background, exceptional organizational skills, and a genuine passion for client care. You excel at managing a busy task diary, prioritising your workload, and thriving under pressure to meet strict deadlines. You can follow detailed instructions and work effectively without close supervision. You enjoy interacting with a wide variety of people and possess outstanding client care skills. You have a strong work ethic, are happy to cover a variety of tasks to support the team, and are willing to work outside of core hours on occasion if required.
