Experienced Mortgage Broker with knowledge of the New Build Market. Are you looking for a role with all clients provided, pre-qualified appointments, full administrative support and exceptional earning potential?

Employed - Remote with site visits: £30k with 35% Commission & 50% for protection referrals!

Positions available covering any of these locations: Kent, Essex, Bristol, Leeds, Manchester, Midlands, Cotswolds.

About the Mortgage Brokerage

The brokerage provides expert mortgage and protection advice to clients across the UK, specialising in New Build Mortgages. The brokerage has established a vast range of mortgage products and access to exclusive deals, enabling the team of Mortgage advisers to secure the very best mortgage solution.

The Mortgage Broker Role

As a specialist New Build Mortgage Broker, it will be your responsibility to assist clients in securing the best mortgage product that is tailored to their specific needs and financial circumstances, and maintain excellent relationships with New build sites. You’ll receive booked in appointments that have been pre-qualified by the customer support team, and you will also have a dedicated administration team to support each of your cases post application.

Mortgage Broker Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients seeking new build mortgages
  • Build and maintain relationships with new build sites making monthly visits to your clients
  • Assess clients' financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility for new build mortgage products
  • Analyse and compare mortgage products from various lenders
  • Stay up to date with new build regulations, financing programs, and market trends to provide the most relevant and accurate guidance to clients

  • Basic Salary: £30k
  • Tiered Commission up to 35% - Paid Monthly
