I’m working with a rapidly expanding organisation that is rebuilding and modernising a large suite of internally developed applications. To support this growth, they are looking for Change Analysts who can operate across both Business Analysis and light Project Management. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who enjoys owning change from discovery through delivery.

The Role

  • Act as an IT Business Analyst, gathering requirements and mapping as-is/to-be processes.
  • Run workshops, refine requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Liaise closely with developers to ensure clarity and progress.
  • Own smaller changes independently and support larger projects alongside a Project Manager.
  • Break down complex problems into clear, actionable work packages.
  • Work across both legacy systems and a major rebuild programme.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong Business Analysis experience across the full project lifecycle.
  • Ability to deliver change from start to finish, not just high-level consultancy work.
  • Experience working on software development or digital transformation projects.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing mini-projects.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.

Why This Role?

You’ll be joining a business undergoing significant digital transformation, with the opportunity to work on both continuous improvement and a full rebuild of their application suite. It’s a role with genuine ownership and variety.
