Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 plus bonus & benefits

Their High Net Worth division specialises in protecting the lifestyles and assets of affluent individuals, offering discreet, personalised advice and market-leading cover for prestige homes, fine art, jewellery, luxury cars, yachts, and other valuable possessions.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Trainee High Net Worth Sales Executive to join a growing Private Clients team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in sales or client relationship management — whether in recruitment, property, financial services, luxury retail, or telesales — who is looking to move into a specialist, rewarding, and highly professional market.
No previous insurance experience is required — full training, ongoing development, and support towards industry-recognised qualifications will be provided.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively generate new business opportunities with High Net Worth individuals through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.

Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance needs.

Design tailored insurance programmes for high-value homes, vehicles, collections, and lifestyle assets.

Cross-sell and identify additional opportunities within existing client portfolios.

Maintain accurate records and ensure all activity is compliant with FCA regulations.

Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing and after-sales care.

Work towards and exceed agreed sales and retention targets.
About You

Experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
