We are currently recruiting for a highly organised and detail-focused professional to support a short-term organisational project for an established public sector client.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining organisational charts across multiple departments using Visio or a similar platform.
Key Responsibilities- Produce clear, accurate, and professional organisational charts
- Gather and organise structure information from stakeholders
- Update reporting lines and departmental structures
- Ensure consistency and accuracy across documentation
- Work to tight project deadlines
- Strong experience using Microsoft Visio or similar org chart/software platforms
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage and present complex organisational structures clearly
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Previous experience supporting HR, transformation, or organisational design projects is desirable
- Short-term project assignment
- Flexible/hybrid working may be available
- Competitive hourly/day rate depending on experience
- Immediate availability preferred
