We are currently recruiting for a highly organised and detail-focused professional to support a short-term organisational project for an established public sector client.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining organisational charts across multiple departments using Visio or a similar platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce clear, accurate, and professional organisational charts
  • Gather and organise structure information from stakeholders
  • Update reporting lines and departmental structures
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across documentation
  • Work to tight project deadlines
Skills & Experience Required
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Visio or similar org chart/software platforms
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and present complex organisational structures clearly
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Previous experience supporting HR, transformation, or organisational design projects is desirable
