First Response Advisor
Location: Newcastle
Salary: £22,250 per year
Hours: Shifts between, Monday to Friday, 9am – 7pm (1-hour unpaid lunch) 35 hours per week
We’re working with a respected organisation in Newcastle that is seeking a First Response Advisor to join their client services team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service or client-facing experience — particularly those with a legal background or ambition to progress in the legal sector.
The role serves as the first point of contact for new clients, so professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering a high volume of inbound calls and maintaining a rapid response time

What We’re Looking For:
