This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service or client-facing experience — particularly those with a legal background or ambition to progress in the legal sector.

The role serves as the first point of contact for new clients, so professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication skills are essential.

  • Accurately logging call details and maintaining detailed, up-to-date records

  • Building strong rapport with clients and internal colleagues

  • Handling all interactions in a professional, empathetic, and confidential manner

  • Upholding high standards of client care and data protection at all times

  • Ensuring consistent attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Confident telephone manner with a professional and empathetic approach

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
