Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations, including customer support, sales, and development of an app and other digital products (CX Tech and Product).
- Provide operational leadership to support the senior leadership team in achieving business objectives.
- Monitor and report on key metrics to identify operational weaknesses and prepare the business for future needs through analytical evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and business requirements.

- Deep understanding of mobile applications and the FMCG markets.
