As COO, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Executive to transform the company’s vision into a structured and actionable strategic plan. Your primary focus will be to lead daily operations while ensuring alignment with long-term objectives across all departments. Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage day-to-day operations, including customer support, sales, and development of an app and other digital products (CX Tech and Product).
  2. Provide operational leadership to support the senior leadership team in achieving business objectives.
  3. Monitor and report on key metrics to identify operational weaknesses and prepare the business for future needs through analytical evaluation.
  4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and business requirements.

Technical Skills

  1. Deep understanding of mobile applications and the FMCG markets.
  2. Strong ability to analyse and leverage data for decision-making across the business.
  3. Proven expertise in developing financial plans and forecasts to sustain consistent growth.
  4. Capability to meet targets and deadlines while aligning business needs with innovative solutions.
  5. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management strategies.
  6. Proficiency in implementing continuity plans to mitigate potential risks.

  4. Track record of working with business owners to translate visions and targets into actionable plans.
  5. Minimum of 5 years in a COO or executive leadership role, ideally within a start-up or scale-up context.
  6. Demonstrated ability to scale a small business into a large, thriving enterprise.
