Account Executive – Insurance Brokerage (Scotland)

We’re working with a leading insurance brokerage who are looking to appoint a motivatedAccount Executiveto their team. This is an excellent opportunity to further your career in insurance, supporting both renewals and new business while collaborating with experienced professionals.

The role will primarily focus on commercial lines, though our client is open to candidates from all insurance backgrounds acrossScotlandwho are keen to develop their expertise.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and support client renewals and new business.

  • Liaise with clients, underwriters, and colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery.

  • Prepare accurate reports and renewal documentation.

  • Assist with the placement of policies across a range of insurance products.

  • Contribute to business development and pipeline activity.

What we’re looking for

  • A client-focused professional with strong communication skills.

  • Knowledge of commercial insurance is desirable, though not essential.

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Minimum A-levels (or equivalent); professional qualifications (Cert CII/ACII) desirable or willingness to study.
